Terms & Conditions

Viatour Travel Pty Ltd (hereinafter called “the Tour Operator”) is the organiser of this tour.

Not included in the Tour price: Passport and visa fees, airport taxes, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not

indicated in the itinerary, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion), items of personal nature, excess baggage and

baggage handling, anything not included in the itinerary.

Baggage: On all motorcoach tours, one normal sized suitcase is allowed. Health Requirements: Any physical or mental disability

requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at the time of the reservation. The Tour Operator and / or its representatives

reserve the right to exclude such passengers, unless prior approval for their participation has been obtained from local tour / cruise /

land operators.

Travel Insurance: Protect your investment. Insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption etc. is highly recommended

and is available through the Tour Operator or your professional travel agent.

Cancellations / Refunds: All cancellation requests must be in writing and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our

office. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less than (60) days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees will be charged

according to the following schedule:

Payments: A non refundable deposit of $900 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made

8 weeks before departure.

Cancellation Fees: 56-45 days: $900 deposit, 44-30 days: 30% of total price, 29-15 days: 50% of total price, 14-08 days:

70% of total price, 7 days or non-shows: 100% of the total price.

The price shown is based on the rate of exchange of the Euro on 23 March 2018. Tour Operator reserve the right to amend the price

in the event of a variation of the Euro by more than 2%.

Tours and Sightseeing: By luxurious air-conditioned motorcoaches and guided by professional licensed English-speaking guides.

Tours not listed under “included” are optional.

Responsibility: The Tour Operator and / or their representatives act only as agents for the transportation companies and other

companies. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and / or their representatives is limited. The Tour Operator and / or their agents

will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any

vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation

company. The Tour Operator and / or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or

any other reason beyond our control.

The Tour Operator and / or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created

voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any fault or

default or negligence by hotel owners or their employees. The Tour Operator reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any

person and to change or cancel the tours if necessary for any reason.

The airline tickets shall, when issued constitute to the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be

held responsible for any act, omission or event, when passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit paid will represent

acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.

· Dinner and breakfast daily except dinners in

Paris and Rome;
